Citrine Kush, an indica resulting from the cross between J.Gold and White, is grown by Cheers Cannabis in Varennes. Available in a 3.5g can, this strain offers citrusy kush aromas, accompanied by relaxing effects. The reviews I’ve read are very positive, so I was really excited to try it.

Cheers Cannabis keeps delivering top-tier products, and Citrine Kush is no exception. I’m thinking particularly of their Strawberry Grail, which remains one of my favorite indicas of the year. As for Citrine Kush, the buds might not be the most spectacular, but they’re well-covered in trichomes and give off a pleasant kush and citrus aroma. Once rolled, the burn is slow, even, and leaves white ash (white ash gang approved). The smoke is smooth, with light but persistent flavors, featuring woody notes and a citrusy finish that reminds me a bit of lemongrass. As for the effects, my eyes get puffy fast, I smile, stop thinking about work, and feel like someone’s gently massaging my forehead. Hard to ask for more.
